COBYS Family Services’ Executive Team

Mike believes that every day is an opportunity to make a life-changing difference. He brings that enthusiasm to his role as executive director of COBYS Family Services, where he’s responsible for day-to-day management as well as oversight of all organizational operations. Mike has been married to his wife, Sherri, for over 30 years, and they have three married children and one grandchild.

Anne oversees COBYS Family Services’ fundraising operations and takes the lead on our internal and external communications. She believes that every child deserves a safe, loving home and is consistently amazed by the selflessness of foster parents and COBYS staff in delivering care to our clients. Anne and her husband have two boys. When she’s not cheering on her sons at sporting events, she likes to be out in nature walking and hiking or reading a good book.

Abby provides oversight of our family life education and counseling services. For her, watching an individual or family go from despair to hope while working with COBYS is remarkable. Every life matters, and being involved is a privilege.

Abby has been married for 39 years to her husband, Darryl, and has two adult children and three grandchildren. Previously, she and Darryl were foster parents through COBYS. She enjoys reading, traveling, and trying new foods — she is a “foodie.”

Krista oversees the care provided through our foster care, adoption, and permanency services. She values working for COBYS because she’s part of a team that leads with compassion and humility. She also believes that our culture is rooted in service, teamwork, and genuine care for both the families we serve and one another.

A native of New Jersey, Krista moved to Lancaster in 2008 and lives here with her husband and two daughters. She enjoys spending time creating memories with family and friends, and in her free time, you can find her with a cup of coffee, reading a good book in front of the fireplace.

Cindy oversees COBYS Family Services’ financial operations and planning, a role she finds meaningful because it allows her to support and advocate for children through her business background. When not supporting COBYS, Cindy likes to be outside, whether it’s in a garden, on a walk, or traveling to see family or new areas.
