Our Impact
COBYS Family Services is making a positive difference in South Central Pennsylvania with foster care, adoption, family and individual counseling, and permanency services. We’re the only facility in Pennsylvania with a Permanency Unit that receives referrals from a county-run social service agency (Lancaster County Children & Youth).
